Job Description:
As a Network Sales Representative at NETNOW, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and establishing lasting customer relationships.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling our data network support services and solutions to a wide range of clients in the Dubai area.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in Dubai and the surrounding area through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' network infrastructure needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our data network technology services and stay up-to-date with industry trends .
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and presentations for clients, outlining the benefits of our services.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, including pipeline status and progress toward targets.
Customer Education: Educate clients on the value of our data network support services and how they can improve their business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT, data network support, or technology industry.
Strong understanding of data network infrastructure and technology.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of the Dubai business landscape and market trends is a plus.
Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle (if required for client visits).
